Autumn is in full swing and my Autumn wish list has grown longer than ever before this year. The office gets crazy cold from October onwards, so I'm on the verge of becoming a total coat/jumper fiend - with two coat purchases already this year, I now have my eye on a third from Topshop. My everyday black boots are also wearing away at the heel by the day, so a few pairs of ASOS boots may have made their way into my shopping basket already - New Look are a firm favourite with me right now.
Alongside the work appropriate purchases, I'm also on the hunt for a dress that will see me through the evening events of the coming months. My diary is the fullest it's ever been between birthdays and work events, and I'm looking for the perfect t-shirt dress to invest in. Something super versatile - smart, yet casual at the same time, but not too plain. After a good browse of the John Lewis website last week I came across this paisley t-shirt dress. Their dresses are perfect for the party and Christmas season (yes, I did just use the C word in October), and I can see this dress being the perfect party season staple teamed with a dark red lip (the Topshop number above in Wicked is my current "most wanted").
A gorgeous t-shirt dress calls for the perfect clutch to team with it. This Autumn I'm determined to invest in a Whistles clutch, as I've been lusting after them for so long. However, I may have to prioritise the ASOS backpack over the clutch as my city bag is starting to take it's toll on my back.
